ABEL – High Pressure Piston Pumps

High quality, ABEL HP high-pressure piston pumps are purpose built for high-pressure, heavy-duty cleaning and process applications. They are a self-priming, single acting, positive displacement pump with either 3 or 5 cylinders, and are designed for slow speed, continuous operation. ABEL HP pumps have large valve cross-sections to ensure uniform low pulsation delivery.

When intermittent high-pressure operation is required, the pneumatic activated ABEL internal bypass system ensures trouble-free interruption of flow. With a built-in nitrogen-charged pulsation dampener, discharge safety relief valve and shock absorbing components, installation of an ABEL HP pump will provide the end user with minimal maintenance and a long operational lifetime.

Capacity Range: Capable of flow rates up to 115 m³/hr and pressures up to 250 bar.

Materials:Available in nodular cast iron, stainless steel or special bronze materials. Plungers are high quality Stainless Steel and can be supplied as hardened or with special coatings and solids ceramic materials.

Applications:For high pressure cleaning of containers, pipelines, rotary screens and filter cloths. Can also be adapted for pumping abrasive media and shear sensitive fluids.

OSNA – High Pressure Centrifugal Pumps

Made in Germany, OSNA specialise in producing high-pressure energy efficient centrifugal pumps, which are available in either horizontal or vertical configuration. They are fitted with optimally designed impellers and casings for high hydraulic efficiency and low noise operation, and are a competitive alternative to conventional multistage centrifugal pumps.

The modular design principle incorporated by OSNA allows for ease of servicing, and shaft sealing is available by way of mechanical seals or packed gland. Each individual application is passed through a state-of-the-art selection program to obtain the optimal pump choice. OSNA pumps are suitable for a range of clean liquids such as fresh water, boiler feed water, process water, sea water, hot water and condensate.

Capacity Range:Sizes from DN 32 to DN 80 for flow rates up to 220 m³/hr and heads up to 400 metres. Will handle temperatures up to 140 degree Celsius.

Materials:Depending on the requirements of the liquid, pump and impeller construction is available in cast iron, nodular cast iron and bronze.

Applications:For pumping clear and slightly contaminated liquids in pressure boosting plants, central heating systems, cold and hot water circulation, water supply systems, shipbuilding, the mining industry, power stations, filter units, fire extinguishing plants, irrigation plants.
